As one of the worlds eldest design awards, the iF product design
award can look back on a long and proud tradition. The seal of best
design quality in form of a square red logo with distinctive letters
stands for extraordinary good design since 1953.

that our bedpan Cleanius has just been selected to receive one of
these worldwide coveted design prizes. The international jury, 28
jurors under the chairmanship of Prof. Fritz Frenkler has honoured
your Cleanius with the iF product design award 2009.
A iF award shows the will for innovation and the courage to comparison
in a competition. The judging procedure for the iF product design
award enjoys a long and distinguished tradition. With over 1,100
participants from more than 37 different countries every year, it
is one of the world’s key design competitions.
